Maclagan Hall
The largest of all the rooms, the Maclagan Hall, grew from what had been the Great Hall of the chantry priests.
Under the direction of Toby Jenkyn, an owner who invested substantially in developing a long term residence, a new floor was inserted, thus creating this room at the top of a picturesque staircase, with a warm, south facing aspect, providing an ideal setting for wedding receptions and banquets.
The hall also provides the main accommodation for conferences and larger meetings.
The Jasper Room
Panelled in warm pinewood, the Jasper Room creates a stylish and elegant setting for a professional meeting, private dinner or a relaxed celebration.
Situated on the south side of the college the Jasper Room overlooks College Green to the Minster.
SW's Restaurant and Courtyard
Visitors to York Minster and St. William's College are welcome to enjoy a range of dining choices from light refreshments to a full 3 course meal in our restaurant.
SW's has an outdoor area overlooking the Minster and the College courtyard which is furnished with tables and chairs where guests can enjoy bright sunny days.
